How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order in our Cairo workshop. Production takes 30–45 days from the moment your deposit is confirmed. Pieces marked Ready to Ship leave sooner.
How does ordering a made-to-order piece work?
Choose your pieces and options, then place the order. Our team contacts you to confirm the specification and the final price, including shipping. A 60% deposit starts production (30–45 days); we keep you updated and the balance is paid on delivery. Custom specifications are always confirmed before production, so a selection made online is preliminary until then.
How do I pay? Is there a deposit?
We work with Cash on Delivery. To start production we collect a 60% deposit, arranged with you directly by our team; the balance is paid on delivery. Orders are confirmed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Yes. We deliver across Egypt, to Saudi Arabia and worldwide. International orders start from a minimum of 10 furniture pieces. Shipping is never included for free: it depends on the pieces and the destination, so checkout shows 0 and our team quotes the exact cost once your full selection is confirmed, before production starts.
What about customs and import duties?
Customs and import duties depend on your country and are not included in the price. Our team will explain what applies to your destination before production starts.
How does delivery work?
When your piece is ready, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to schedule a delivery date.
Can I change the size, fabric or finish?
Yes. Most pieces can be made in custom dimensions and in a different fabric, wood or finish. Tap “Request customization” on any product to send us the details on WhatsApp.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Hussieni Home piece has a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, message us on WhatsApp with photos of the piece.
How do I care for my furniture?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth, keep pieces out of strong direct sunlight and away from heaters, and blot spills straight away. Each product page lists care notes for its own materials where they differ.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp or call to arrange a time.
