The piece
RIVA explores the relationship between movement and structure. Rather than hiding the chair's supporting frame, the design turns it into its defining visual feature—a continuous timber ribbon that appears to flow around and beneath the upholstered volumes.
The result balances the warmth and craftsmanship of natural wood with the bold character of leather, creating a lounge chair that feels equally like furniture and a sculptural object.
